Maverick Schools (comprising Maverick International Primary School and Maverick International Secondary School) under Maverick Education Sdn Bhd ("We") value and are committed to protecting Personal Data.

• i. Personal details, including information about other identifiable individuals;
• ii. Employment information;
• iii. Information obtained from alumni-related websites, forms, and collected documents; and/or

d. Employees

• ii. Employment details, including but not limited to income tax information and EPF number;
• iii. Travel document details (for expatriates);
• iv. Information obtained from employment-related forms and documents; and/or
• v. Other relevant information. (Collectively referred to as "Personal Data").

b. Children/Students:

To facilitate communication, collaboration, learning, and administrative functions through digital platforms and software, including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, learning management systems, email services, student information systems, and other related applications. This includes messaging, video conferencing, file sharing, academic assessments, and other educational or operational activities; and/or
• viii. For purposes incidental or related to the above.

d. Employees:

• i. For internal records throughout employment;
• ii. Payroll administration, including EPF and SOCSO contributions;
• iii. Communication purposes;
• iv. For taxation and auditing requirements;
• v. To fulfill legal or regulatory obligations;
• vi. To facilitate communication, collaboration, learning, and administrative functions through digital platforms and software, including but not limited to Microsoft Teams, learning management systems, email services, student information systems, and other related applications. This includes messaging, video conferencing, file sharing, academic assessments, and other educational or operational activities; and/or and/or
• vii. For purposes incidental or related to the above.

D. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES

3. Objection to Processing

G. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal Data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the specified purposes. We will take steps to permanently delete or destroy Personal Data when no longer required.
