This No-Refund Policy governs all payments made to Maverlicious Cafe through our online and in-person payment gateway channels. If a payment is charged more than once for the same order due to a system or processing error, the duplicate charge will be reversed upon verification. Customers must notify us within 24 hours of the transaction.
If Maverlicious Cafe is unable to fulfil a confirmed pre-order (e.g. item out of stock after payment, cafe closure on that day), the customer will be offered either a full store credit or a refund at the cafe's discretion.
If a product is found to be in a condition that is clearly unfit for consumption and the customer raises the issue at the point of receipt (before consumption), the cafe may at its discretion offer a replacement item or store credit. No cash refund will be issued for partially consumed products.

This Policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with transactions made at Maverlicious Cafe shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
