The App and its payment features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous availability, we do not warrant that:
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the unavailability of the payment portal due to technical maintenance, network issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for ensuring that your billing information is accurate and up to date. The school accepts no responsibility for failed transactions arising from incorrect card details, expired cards, or insufficient funds. All charges will appear on your statement under the school's or payment processor's registered merchant name.

Upon termination, your transaction history will be retained for the legally required period but access to the portal will be revoked.
All content within the App, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, and user interface design, is the intellectual property of the school and/or its technology partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content in the App without express written permission.
Any user-generated content submitted through the App (such as feedback or reports) may be used by us for service improvement purposes, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use such content accordingly.
Should the App include features that allow users to submit content (such as special meal requests or feedback), users agree that all submitted content:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the school and its affiliates, officers, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the payment portal, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, or interruption of service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of this payment portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
